Rear actuator problem

I recently replaced both rear air actuators. Both 'dorman's', the top one model 604-209 (+ shaft). I had the clicking noise and when I replaced them, the noise went away, but I don't seem to have a lot of air blowing from the ceiling vents, but a lot blowing from the floor vents. When I switch from floor to ceiling and vice/versa, there is no difference in the air flow. What am I missing???

Perhaps the linkage isn't adjusted properly for the new actuator. You might have to adjust it over a bit to get more swing to the ceiling side out of the air diverter door.
