i have a 1991 doge 3/4 ton that has a blown engine i used the front end to fix a truck for a friend i was wondering if i could use the brake booster and master cylinder off of the 92 dodge and put it on my 63 f100 and i was wondering if anyone had done anything like that before

I would not do that! The Dodge has disk/drum brakes and the Ford has drum/drum. The mastercylinders and boosters are not compatible with drum/drum systems. You can install a dual chamber mastercylinder and a 8 inch booster that will work with your drum system. check out www.mpbrakes.com
