O2 sensor test?
I`ve been testing my 1995 ford f.150 with a 302. Anyways I was checking to see if I have a bad O2 sensor (the truck smells rich in the exhaust and gets 6mpg). I read off my meter after it was warmed up readings of 0.06 - 0.28 volts. Would this indicate a bad O2 sensor? I read on Advance Autos website most O2 sensors switch back and forth from 0 to 1 volts? Any help or ideas is appreciated.

Reading an O2 sensor with a standard multimeter will not work. You'd either need an extremely fast graphing multimeter, or an oscilloscope.

Did you check codes? Low o2 sensor voltage is a lean mixture, so if it is actually rich (smell, black smoke) and reading lean its probably bad.
