I just did a ReadyLift Stage 2, 2.5" kit with 35's. My speedo was fast before and now is right on.

Not all "35 inch" tires are equal. My 35s make my speedo just a bit slow, about 1-2 mph at 75 and that's with the computer adjusted to max tire height via my MiniMaxx. Without the adjustment from the MiniMaxx it was even further off.
Every truck ends up being just a little bit different. Not sure how it ends up that way though.
