Transfer flow tank

Hey, I just bought one of these, the 50 gallon one:

Transfer Flow cross-the-bed tanks

It comes with the automatic pump system that keeps fuel in the main tank on the truck. Got it from a guy in town who advertised it on Craig's list.

When the new parts come in I will install it. I had to order ford specific LCD display and the T fitting for tying into the ford fuel fill neck.

I've never seen anyone here talk about these, I think I like it. Anyone have any comments on it? If you've done an install I'd love to hear your thoughts/suggestions. If you've seen any problems out of them I'd also like to know. I only bought it because it was cheap and I like the idea of it.

I'm in the 75gallon crowd now!

using gravity feed connected to the filler neck is how i have mine connected. i also added a filter before it goes into the filler neck. i have to change the filter every time i notice that the main tank does not show the amount of fuel i think it should have. mine is a 90 gallon tank and it works great.

It was a really tough decesion for me to choose between that and the 50 gal midship tank..... In the end I just didn't want to give up the box space and have to open my cover every time I filled up.

TONS of people I know have them. No issues I know of.

Nice find! Now you can go a whole day without re fueling

Thanks
