05 Front Bumper question
It seems that mid year 2005 Ford changed the front bumper design. While I thought it was purely cosmetic the bumper brackets from my old bumper do not fit! Turns out I have the earlier 2004 style bumper. While it would seem the easy answer would be to return the Mid year 2005+ bumper and get the right one I can't find anyone with the 04 style in stock.
I saw several folks who had converted the 06+ trucks to the 04 bumper for the fog lights. My question is did the upper bumper cover need to be replaced also? Did the bracket that bolted to the frame light up and work?
