No ball pit's anymore. I think they were outlawed because of sanitary issues. Pizza would work!

Morning everybody!

Hope you all are getting ready for winter....it's a'coming!

Bought a new dremel last night...hopefully my bondo is still good so I can get the body work done on my Subaru and get that old girl back on the road. Diesel is expensive, lol

However, I got 17.4 mpg with my truck the other day...keep in mind that's with 35" tires! Pretty damn happy about that!

Have a good day all....coffee and tunes are on!

thats not bad at all tom! I'm getting 17.1 with my f150 and that has 33's. Looking to upgrade in the next year or so. I want a diesel for hauling my boat. the f150 will do it but I can tell she isn't really happy about it.

Good luck with the Subaru. Bondo is a Mainer's best friend!
I would be happy with that mileage in the explorer!

Yeah, it's like....25% bondo right now.

But...the car was free, gets 30mpg, and has 268,XXX miles on it....so I really can't complain!

Explorers are great...except for mileage, lol

Sound's like a good deal! How has the frame held up? I have heard horror stories about japanese frames and salt.

Frame is actually in excellent condition. It's the body that is bad, lots of holes/cancer. Some big enough to fit a baseball....maybe a softball in, lol

All I've had to do is normal wear items, calipers, couple CV joints, brake pads, rotors, tires, alternator, and windshield. Overall been very low maintenance and a great little car!
