I know George (BigGeo) is into it, but he hasn't posted in a while. You never know when he might pop up, though.

 

ive been licensed 10 years, actually i just renewed my license. haven't been very active for a few yrs. i do flip the radio on every now and then and toss my call sign out.

lately ive been kicking the idea around of getting my radios set back up.

 

I've got lots of low-band AM & SSB stuff around here, and a fair amount of VHF stuff, no UHF, all Heath. Have never had a license, though it's ridiculously simple to get one nowadays if one knows any electronics at all, which I do.

Maybe someday I should find an examiner.
