They were not light sleds Jim but then again they have plenty of power so they don't need to be. Especially on the trail where they are supposed to be. Maybe the Skidouche veers off the trail because it handles so poorly it needs to be lighter.

For those of you not on Facebook, here's the headboard from this weekend... it was designed to be a floating headboard, that you just kind of lean up against the wall and push the bed up against it.
It was made of reclaimed cedar (I believe it was cedar). Up in the hayloft of our dairy barn there used to be a large water tank that was the start of a gravity feed drinking cup system for the dairy cows beneath. My dad said that he took it down, and for some reason stored the wood back in the 70's. It's just been sitting in a shed since then.
