Turns out it was the wrong tree....

We took down the correct dead Ash tree today. It was probably 14" diameter. No crane required.

 

steve-o is hilarious. me, him, and his wife were throwing cherry tomatoes at catlin while he tried to talk to some slore. it should also be noted that steve had a direct eyeball hit...on the girl.

 

got there early, good attitude. guy walks in late, starts talking, immediately bad attitude. i understand people like teaching math (for some reason) but is it a requirement to be monotone with NO personality to teach calculus? jesus christ that was way worse than i was anticipating. if his style of teaching sucks then i think im going to drop down and retake precal. and hopefully not get "professor benardete" (and its NOT BERNARDETE, its BENARDETE, remember that) not only did he keep us there the whole time, 15 minutes late (after 2 hours of BS). and i definitely wasnt alone considering the conversations on the way back to the dorms..

at least tomorrow i have engineering courses, with professors that seem pretty cool, so it should be interesting. and friday my intro to engineering course got cancelled for a pizza party to meet our advisors

 

His stag is Saturday.

We were working on a couple apple trees and of course Steve decided to start throwing all the rotten apples so it turned into baseball since i had a rake in hand.

We also may or may not have taken a tire off another guys car when we got back early one day.

Never a boring day working with him.

 

just searched all my professors on the rate my professor site, all their reviews but 1 (an indian guy with a strong accent) say they have no personality, boring, and expect you to know everything and they dont offer much help. guess ill have to find out myself... not a start like i was hoping
