Leaking intercooler or?
While I was disassembling the front of the Excursion to do a 6.0L cooler install, I noticed this grease/oil in the upper drivers side corner of the intercooler.
Is that a leak/puncture? The rest of the engine has always been really clean.

Looks like some kind of leak.....good way to test would be to start the motor and spray the area down with soapy water......the boost from the turbo (even at 1-5psi idle) will make some good bubbles to pinpoint the leak.
