The buffalo is supposed to be out of this world. I haven't personally eaten it though.

Howdy Brandon!

We occasionally get some ground buffalo... makes great burgers, just got to be careful grilling it since it's so lean it's easy to over cook.

I've had buffalo burgers, out at Ole's, in Paxton, NE. Good stuff!

I don't believe I have ever ate buffalo.. sure would like to try it though, I hear it is very good.

If you every get out to west-central Nebraska, Paxton is right off of I-80. Ole's is famous, great food!

Hey Roy, get some little "shin buster" stickers to post on your fender representing shin kills!

Have you goosed any other vehicles with your winch? I was driving my neighbor's truck [just like yours] with that setup. I was afraid of misjudging how far that thing sticks our in front.

I was thinking of putting a rubber over it......keep the rain off.......
