Hello everyone, my name is Chris and I live in central PA. Just dropped my 01 F150 to a 04 F250 with the 5.4, 4x4, auto. Its still in great shape and only has 12k miles on it so far. I gotta stay with an older pick up for now because my other toy is a '12 GT 5.0 and its taking most of my funds. Any recommendations on a CAI , tuner, and catback? Thanks!

Hi Chris, welcome to FTE 
Forget the CAI, but as far as tuners go, talk to Mike at 5 star tuning. He can create custom tunes for you that will really wake that 5.4 up. A lot of guys on here use his tuners and seem to like them. As far as exhaust, you really can't go wrong with any brand. Some guys just replace the muffler instead of putting on a whole catback system. There is tons of info here and great people. Oh... and once you start modding your truck, you won't be able to stop
