Weird click noise need help

I have a 2001 excursion 7.3, that has a ticking noise from the drivers side. Sounds like a turn signal almost. It's enough to keep running down my battery. The truck is not running while making this noise or hot. Doing it now and truck has been off since last night so over 12 hours. Tested batteries and they seem fine but something is draining them think it is this ticking item. It's coming from drivers kicker panel.
