Need help... please. Front Suspension question

I have a 01' F 150 4x4 supercrew 5.4. I was rebuilding my front end and did all ball joints and tierods and Pitman and idler. I got a new center link and wasn't paying attention and removed it with out noticing the orientation of how it was installed. Is there a certain way it needs to e installed. It had bends and turns. PLEASE PLEASE HRLP ME IM GOING INSANE !!!

On my 02 f150 sc 4x4 the center link ends curl downward and point slightly back toward firewall.

I would check with your parts supplier. They may have given you the wrong parts for a different model F150. Napa parts online show two different length tie rod ends 6" and 8.93". They also show two different length center links 27.06" oc and 32.37" oc.

I believe there's a standard F150 and a 7700 model. Someone else can confirm.
