My new FX2
Hello all! I just bought a slightly used 2010 FX2 V8 screw and I am already in love with it. Getting better than expected mileage and love the rumble. I had been looking to get an F150 for awhile but this site definately helped me make my decision in the long run. Now I am gonna use some of ya'lls tips for aftermarket adjustments to improve upon it. Man this is a great truck!! (I have been a Ford man all my life, but could just now get an F150)

Congrats on the new truck. 
I had an 07 FX2 5.4L 3.73 LS put magnaflow single in dual out cat back and a edge tuner and it ran good got around 18 MPG. Sold the truck to a guy that worked for me at the time and he's still got it drives it daily with about 120K miles on it now.

Came across this thread because I just bought a used 2010 FX2. Like the OP, I too love my truck already. It is a black crew cab and has 24k miles on it. I bought it to pull a 24' TT. I have owned tons of 4x4's and hardly ever used it, so I am hoping I won't regret getting the two wheeler. Last truck was a 08 super cab with the 5.4. The 5.4 has never been a hot rod, but my 08 sure did pull nice. I'm hoping the 5.4 with the 6R80 will be even better. The 2010 has 3.55's, which seems to be a good combo. I haven't pulled my camper yet, since it is in storage and is winterized. I got 22mpg on the interstate running 65 last week. And yes, I hand calculated. The display showed 23.6. Been getting 15-16 in town, mostly because I put an Insynerator muffler on it. When that wears off, I should bump up to 16-17. No complaints for a 5k+ pound 4 door truck.
