nope a 302 h.o. will have a different fireing order as your engine, and most liely any computr will get will require MASS air flow sensor for it to ruun right along with a few other odds and ends things need to be changed for it to run right

Wasn't it in '95 that Ford went to the HO/351 firing order on all the 302's? I'm having some kind of brain fart and can't remember.
If you are looking to upgrade things, then you might consider the mass air conversion from Ford Racing. It converts your motor to SEFI/Mass air and comes with a computer that can handle performance upgrades (like a cam and heads) I did this on my Bronco.
There are also some guys who'll steer you towards a chip that will do about the same for a lot less money, I hadn't heard of that before I did my conversion and don't know a lot about it.
