V-10 Headers
Does anyone know what companies make headers for the V-10 and about how much they normally run? I know that Borla makes some, but not really worried about stainless steel, and not too crazy about the price that I am sure that they get for them. Looking at my 2000 it looks like the headers would be really easy to get to and replace, does anyone know if the new 2003 V-10 headers are just as easy to get to????

Also I would like to know if anyone can tell me about a new Y-pipe, how much they are, is it worth it to get an aftermarket one, and how hard are they to change out. I have always completed my own mechanical work so I have the tools and hopefully the skills, just want to know how hard it would be.

There is no aftermarket Y pipe that fits. You have to have one made. Now some folks buy a pre-made Y section from Flowmaster and do some fab work to get it to fit. In my opinion, it's a whole lot easier to get a system from Banks or Borla which include a new Y pipe. Try www.centuryperformance.com They're showing a price of $659.99 for the Borla #17185 They offer a group discount. When I get my 03 in, I'd like to try and get at least 5 guys together and buy. It's a savings of 10%
