brake light switches
i have a 1963 and a 1964 and on one of them i cannot get the brake lights to work. ever since i have had this truck i have had this prblem on and off. i have put a new brake light switch on it a couple of years ago (doesn't mean anything, it could be bad) and i have also replaced the wire connectors that plug on the brake light switch on the master cylinder. for a while after i did all this, i had no problems out of them. then, when i got it back out to drive it, they quit working again and i have no idea what the problem is. i cannot even find where the lights are grounded at to check that. If anyone can help me, please please let me know. thank you
First thing. Check to see if you have voltage at the switch.
Do your turn signals work?

My turn signals or brake lights wouldnt work when the turn signal cam under the steering wheel was loose so I pushed it down tight and it works,every once and a while it gets loose and they go out.
