Good afternoon, crew!! Well, I went to drain the water tank on the Raptor yesterday, and noticed the coroplast was really sagging under it, and it was tearing from the screws where it fastens to the frame!!! OH, CHIT, I think the tank is dropping down, so I crawled under and pushed up on the coroplast and it lifts so I think “WHEW”.........BUT...........it feels like there is water on it!!!!!!!!! OH, CHIT.........I have a water leak. I go get the DeWalt cordless drill with a 1/2 inch bit, find the lowest spot and drill a hole in the coroplast. No water comes out, but.......................SAND!!!! YIPEE!!! Drop about 10 feet of the coroplast down and get a rake and the shop vac...........no more sand!! Fasten the coroplast back up, get some more self tappers and fender washers and add to the places where it was tearing; go to the local lumber yard/hardware store today and ger some spray foam to fix gaps that were left from dropping the coroplast!!!!
All is now good in sunny AZ, just breezy n cool today.
All have a greaty rest of the day. Later.

Spray foam kicks butt. It's what I've been using to seal up my fresh water tank insulation project. That stuff does a very good job as long as you get plenty applied.
Coroplast is relatively inexpensive depending on how thick it is. Home Depot carries the thinner stuff but I wanted thicker on my project so I had to order it: Cha Ching!. Minimum order was 5 sheets. I have one full sheet leftover and some scraps. I used some of the scraps under the cushion of the dinette seat. I hope that will firm it up a bit.

Mornin Gang! Chilly and drizzling here, so no outdoor projects for a few days at least. A cold front from Canada blew in and picked up the remnants of a Pacifuc hurricane along the way, and they both arrived about 26 hours ago. Since then, temps have dropped by 40*, and we’ve gotten another inch of rain. This morning, we still have molten flurries floating around in the north breeze. Supposed to be overcast at least through Sunday evening, with healthy rain chances each day.
Tim, good call on leaving the equipment in the shop and going fishing instead. Hope it dries before the crops ruin.
Gerry, we did appliance shopping when we bought this house a couple of years ago. I don’t envy you. There is a lot to choose from.
Have a great day all.
