Tim...we made 350 gingerbread cookies over the weekend and decorated. My poor wife was in the kitchen Sat night making the dough. Rolled, cut and baked for 4.5 hours Sunday. Then wifey and I frosted the cookies and the kids decorated them until 10:30pm last night. It's a family tradition that is really a lot of work, buy everyone loves it. We give like 275 cookies away every year.

Kper - 75 degrees, I'll take it! Although I know how bad the thunderstorms can get there, feels like you're in a freakin' war zone!

Gavin - Funny cartoon. Trucks looking good, I'm not much of a blue guy, but a really like the color of your truck, sooo straight too. I had a '70 short box, long blocked & primed on that for months before I painted it. Dang I which I still had that. I've got 4 390's sitting in the shop ready to stick in something, but not ready for another project, yet...

Gig - Ha Ha, I had a '64 Fairlane with air shocks & Lee Manhandler 60's on the rear (if anyone remembers those), hooker headers, 289 with a 2 barrel, sold it for $500 bucks - Many moons ago.
Dang $21,000, guess I should of probably hung on to that rig too for a while.

 

Hit Wally World at 6:30 this morning for all the last minute stuff, it was pretty quite, but still felt like I was in Walmart, love that store, hate that store...

Walked around Downtown Caldwell last night, they do a really nice small town job on their Christmas Lights, feels like Christmas.

Here's a pic of my 65 Galaxie. My wife's grandfather bought it new and its been handed down to her. Pretty base model with bench seat & 352/2V engine.

That'll work The other option is the 6.0L/4L60E I have sitting in the garage but that'll upset the Ford purists even though the GM Gen III/IV motors are easy power and good fuel mileage.
