My uncle always told me that you just had to hide beside the trail and when the skunk walked by you only had to grab him (her) by the tail and lift their rear feat off the ground and keep them off the ground. They can't squirt if they can't anchor their rear feet. If you try this take pics and let me know how it works. I would never try it and my uncle would never demonstrate the technique for me.

Good morning guys!
Linda was told she has a late September build date and that she should have her new Jeep by mid October. Her steps won't be here until the end of October. I'm optimistic that I'll be able to finish the upgrades by the end of the October. At any rate she is getting excited
. I ordered a new pewpew safe 9 months ago and it finally has come in. It is supposed to be delivered on Sept 30th. It's pretty heavy. So heavy that it's staying in the shop. Until we build a retirement place, this safe will stay in my shop. The safe weighs in at 890 lbs and the path to it and the final installed location will need to be reinforced. When we build the retirement place, the new safe will go inside the home and my tiny POS that I use now will go in the shop. It's not that I have a lot of guns mind you
, it's just some are range guns and some are a little more special. The wife picked out the safe. I'm not kidding. You guys will love it. Complete over kill.
Jim's uncle sounds like my Uncle Larry. He taught me how to shoot a shotgun when I was really young. I think it was only a 20ga, but still. He told me to keep the butt of the stock 2" away from my shoulder so I could "absorb" the energy from the gun. I had a huge bruise on my shoulder for a couple of weeks. My mom was not happy. He turned out to be one of my favorite Uncles though
.
Great pics Gerry!
Tim, you get started? Beautiful weather here. Hope you have good weather/yield and as few break downs as possible. Thanks for farming

Happy Hump Day, crew. All is well in sunny AZ. Marlene still up in MT at her Mom’s right now. She has contacted an attorney for seeing about getting her Mom into a home someplace. Will know more today. Marlene read one of her sisters a royal riot act over the situation a couple days ago.
Her Mom has went outside and wandered off 5 times in the last 2 weeks! WTF is wrong with the rest of the sibling IDK!!! I told Marlene yesterday that instead of just going out to find her, to call 9-1-1 and get the authorities come find her and get them involved.
OK, nuff of my troubles. All have a great day.

Good morning, Gents. Hope everyone is doing well on this Hump Day.
Andre, hopefully your build date for the Jeep will be pretty close to right. Lord knows Honda's isn't. Retirement place? I like the sound of that! A couple more years like this year & it'll be possible sooner than you think!
You've all heard of feast or famine, I assume. Well, we are living our own little version of that right now. We have 2 truckloads of aluminum here now waiting to be unloaded. One is in the yard, the other on the street. Meanwhile we have customers out there picking up. Typical morning ant hill. Our aluminum manufacturer has resorted to the Ford slogan of yesteryear: You can get it any color you want, as long as it's black. They aren't painting any other color except black for the rest of the year. the feast part is here though. 6 truckloads in one week's time. The famine comes in 30 days when we have to pay for them at $40k/truckload average......
Hope everyone has a great day. A-holes & elbows, boys!!! Commerce Baby!!!!!!

Me, my older brother and Dad walking through some fields in Vermont...... Dad said, "bet you can't pee on that wire fence." Sure I can..... It was an electric fence.....
