Last night was the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquet for the local chapter. I drug my wife there. (drug, not drugged!) The food was good. I bid on a few things and won one. I got lucky, it was only $40. Apparently, none the folks at the banquet are into museums. It was tickets for four to each of four different museums here in the area. I'll give the tickets to my sister and her kids.
At one point the MC had all the veterans stand up and the rest of us then stood up and applauded them. The veterans remained standing and they passed out to each of them half of a playing card. The other half of the card went into a bucket. The MC drew a card and the winner received a Winchester rifle in .308.

Evening fellas. Think I have the actuator for the brakes wired up correctly today, but the lightning and storms kept driving me inside, so I caught up on some sleep. Hopefully will be able to get some rest tonight as well. Tuesday morning after getting off work, I'll move her out, jack it up, check every bolt again, bleed the brakes and take her for a test drive.
Only ever been to two Monster Truck shows and it's been about 20 years since then. They are much more entertaining now than then.
Night guys. 4am comes early

I doubt there is a single seed planted in this county or any adjoining counties. All still a swamp and the regular rain is keeping it that way. I think another week of "spring" and it will start to dry out and warm up. Ground is still cold, the few early things the wife planted in the garden all look cold and wet. Barely managed to get the grass mowed last week, only got stuck 3 times. Today, high 48 and light rain. I'll be inside my cave with a fire going finishing the control arm bushings and brake job on my white truck.
Happy Monday guys!
Tim, glad to see you being able to do something in the fields. It's going to be late everywhere.
Tim, progress! It's looks very nice.
Monty, you are cruising on that project. That's a big job. I hope the test drive late this week goes well!
I put a MagnaFlow cat back exhaust system on Momma's Rubicon this weekend. Took her stock muffler and installed it on the boy's 2010 JK. The boys was shot. I put a black dual exhaust system on wifey's. It wa a win all around except I forgot to snap a pic. I'll take on tonight and post it tomorrow. It sounds pretty good.
Alec is home today, so he sent me a pic. They gave seniors the day off because they won some competition. I think it's a scam, but he gets good grades and his GF is at school. So here is the pic of the Jeep:

Tim, green house is really shaping up!
Andre, looks like your little guy is growing up. Must be scary...
I've been away for a bit. Went to Ca to see my grandmother. She's doing well as an 84 year old lady can be, living by herself and stubborn as a wall lol.
Been too busy to get on here much, but wanted to take a moment to jump in see what was happening.
