My Big laptop was in a down status for awhile..... Suspected the ribbon cable between the on/off switch and the motherboard.......
Finally got to it yesterday..... Ribbon cable wasn't well seated in the tiny connector on the motherboard. More time taking the damn thing apart then it took to fit it.
Happy to have the nice laptop back in operation.... Very fast and big 17" screen........

If I were to do it today. I would put down the vinyl floor planking from Home Depot or Menards. Great modern wood look selection and also thick. Some of it just snaps in place and is not glued. If you need to remove this down the road, easy to remove. Under $3 a sqft. Most people cannot tell the vinyl product from actual wood. Looks so easy to install. Should be warm to the feet.
Bruce...
From what I have researched, prep is extremely important to make epoxy stick to concrete so you get that showroom floor. For an old floor, that entails grinding and all sorts of extra work. I'm thinking for a laundry basement, I would tend towards some kind of porch paint without the rubberized sealer and just paint it.
Having a meeting about the next meeting Tim? (disgruntled govt worker comes out again......)

The meeting was talking about seeds and farming. I had a Gov't job for 5 yrs. so I understand what you are saying.

I saw the words "Bimbo racer" in the email notification and thought, "Hot chicks and hot cars!" So disappointed with reality.
I had a Mustang version of that. I used to play demolition derby with the kids in the neighborhood. The other kids had Big Wheels. I had more protection with the Mustang.
