I know what you mean for sure! The only tool I won't lend is the chainsaw. To anybody. Just too dangerous. And I can destroy enough chains myself. Cutting stumps at grade is known pure abuse but a resharpen at $8 is cheaper than a stump grind. One day when all the trees i hate are gone i will get a grinder and have them all done at once.

Hard to believe it has been 18 months already! They grow up fast.
Sometimes feeding the trainwreck is fun for bit. I just happened to have had enough stupid for the day already that day. Still surprised it let me type "dick". I've been on other less monitored sites that blocked it or changed it to "talleywacker".

18 months has gone by quick, that's for sure Doug! This was tonight's disaster......................

Paw, given the lack of evidence that she was at one time attractive, I will continue to doubt you on this.

My son is 27 and recently married. My daughter is 21 and almost through her third year at UPenn. I still have fond memories of their younger years, but it has been fun to watch them grow up.

They do grow up too fast...I had to watch the 4 yr old this morning while daughter ran to her office and got her things to work from home. He had me watching a show about the Titanic and how it sank. He wants to be a naval architect and engineer like his uncle. Amazing how much this 4 yr old knows. How did your daughter end up at UPenn?

She did a tour of Ivy League schools a few years ago, and applied to the ones she liked. When she received her acceptance letters, she picked the most desirable to her. Too bad for me though as she could have gone to any public school in the state of Texas for free because of my military service.

At least it's good she's getting to see a different part of the country. I have a niece from the Houston area son received a golf scholarship from Bucknell in Pa. so he's up there now in his 3rd year. Take care...going take a shower and watching the news afterwards!

Pic was taken just after he stopped rolling in the cheerios...........lol. Our house is a constant disaster thanks to him. He's got a few nicknames, Monster Mike, Hurricane Mike, and occasionally (when he screams all night) demon. Teething and ear infections are just no fun. Especially at the same time. God made him cute for a reason, that's for sure!

Behind that cute, innocent look I sense a devious mind. Better hide the keys to the truck.

My boys are 21 and 24. The youngest finished his undergraduate this fall. He's working as an EMT while he studies for the MCAT, planning to get into med school.

It's amazing the places where they can hide stuff.
