Nice pics Jon and Cajun, your making me very envious. We'll be loading up for the opening weekend at silver lake sand dunes April 1st.
Have to get a few more hours on the Outlander while I'm out there to consider it broken in, but need to do some R&D on this build.

Installed a 4" long arm kit already, working on the winch bumper right now. Still have to fab rock sliders, but those will wait till after the dunes.
Anybody ever run Goodyear MTRs here? Got a good price on a set, but still on the expensive side, hoping i like them.

Thanks for sharing the great pics! Here's our 5-8" of snow they forecasted. Must have been using the metric system.

I had a set of the MT-R's on my JEEP....37-12.50's with internal beadlocks........worked good offroad, but were EXTREMELY hard to balance and keep balanced!!! But the internal beadlocks could have been a contributing factor. I was running mainly in hard clay and rocks and they gave good traction when aired down to 5-6 PSI, but then I lost a little clearance under the diff's.
A couple of the guys were running Pitbull Rockers and I was VERY impressed with them, but didn't ask them about cost. And we generally trailered to the wheeling areas........couldn't see much point in wearing out off road equipment running down the highway.

Thanks for the report Don.
I didn't balance mine, curiosity did not get the better of me to even put one on the balancer just to see.

Don and cajun, love the pics. Miss that stuff but there just nowhere real close to ride around here.

Roy, good to hear all went well. We got about 8-10" out of a forecasted 12-20. Mix line pushed higher than they expected and we got a lot of sleet. Blower made short work of it. Back to work tomorrow!

Gigger, Most weekends my whole family is together doing something. Both of my Brother-N-Laws are rice and crawfish farmers so they are in there busy season right now planting, but we still manage to seek off now and then.

Andre, Now you have giving my wife big plans with your picture. While we we packing up to leave the Yorkie jump in the truck and laid down on my seat, when I moved her to get in and leave there was a pile of sand. At one point we had 7 boxers 1 Lab and the Yorkie and they all wanted to ride. SO when I would used the ATV/UTV around our home and at our camp I pulled a 12ft trailer so all the dogs could ride on together.

Don, My family and I would love to do some riding out there. We do make a few trips a year to Mena, Arkansas ride at Wolf Pen Gap and a little further North and ride and white water raft at Mulberry Mountain. Great times and good trails through the Ozarks Mountains with beautiful creek crossings and waterfalls.

I sure would like to do some back country horse back riding with Painted Horse. I have only been to Minot and Williston ND once. Dropped off a load and turn around so I did not get to see much

Not really, I'm all over the place. The last few trips have been out of Boothville, usually I fly out of Amelia. Most of my work is for Shell, so it's either Boothville, Amelia or Galveston. Yeah, there seems to be a few more folks from the drilling side these days, which is a good thing. I'm a fishing tool hand, so it's been pretty slow but seems to be picking up. We've been getting a lot more work around the Midland / Odesssa area (Permian) Be glad when it picks up some here in the Gulf, I ain't much into the land work! Be careful over there!
