Good morning Savage crowd. Hope you all had a great Easter. Sounds like Roy is cooking and we're all invited. Would be quite a sight if we all showed up. Might have to cook another cow.

Dak, we're still getting snow but once in a while it rains too so spring might be coming.

Painted Horse - love the smooth ride of the foxtrotter. Never had one but been on one. They're gait is amazing.

Monty, you're working too many hours even if you love it.

Have a great week everyone. Stay safe out there.

Good morning Doug. Putting things back together yet? Off to the lumber yard for some base board for a closet we've renovated.

Yeah Shawn, we are putting things back together, but no telling yet when we can restart. Hopefully within the next week or so, we can begin the process.

Good morning guys! After a nice weekend of fun and relaxation, it's back to the grind stone for me. My wife took the day off as the kids have today and tomorrow off. They will have a nice day.

Keep plugging away Doug and get that rig back online.

Good luck on that closet Shawn

Fence Post around here are made from Cedar. The old cedar post last a Long long time. While they are not the same type of wood as the Aromatic cedar folks use in their closets. They still contain materials that bugs don't like and preserve the wood even when buried in the soil.

You can still see the old corral that outlaws and settlers built over 100 years ago on a recent visit to Roobers Roost where the Wild Bunch used to hide out.

PH, beautiful scenery out there. It reminds me of going up into the mountains of CO and seeing the old mining towns.

Sounds pretty rough Roy. Try not to overdo it. I would suggest that instead of roughhousing with the dog, you should try that with Lynn.

Shawn, I agree. It had been a been a rough week around our county this week. I ran a fatality wreck last Wednesday that ended up being one of our county employee's dad, but was normal other calls until this morning. We made the national news with this.

Two rock bands(12 people) were riding together from Spartanburg, SC to Atlanta this morning when the driver went to sleep and upon waking, over-corrected, left the roadway and hit a tree. We had 3 dead that were ejected, turns out 3 more are critical now, and 6 more were transported. The driver was a walking wounded, even though I never saw him on scene. Late getting off of work of course and it made countless others late for work as the interstate was shut down for several hours. Prayers for the injured and the families involved. Very difficult scene.
