I have been through Hurricanes.....Severe Thunderstorms.......Bad azz Blizzards..... But Large Hail beats up everything so bad.
The truck was parked in the shop for the second round of storms. When I came home from work I avoided the first cell, another cell that passed about 10-15 miles south of us did this.
Severe Weather Triggers Heavy Hail, Flooding in Midwest, Colorado - weather.com RAW: Intense Hail in Wyoming

This was in Tuscola, IL, yikes!

Even if they could plug both holes, there is no way I am going to trust that thing to take me to Florida and back or any other camping trips I have planned this Summer. The last thing I need is a blowout with a 15,000+ lb trailer on my back! Oh well, I guess I didn't really need that $335. Technically it is the money I would have spent camping this weekend had we been able to get a spot anywhere.
Like Dak said, better safe.....

I narrowly avoided having to try out my bumper on two kamikaze Bambis today, but otherwise a very nice day from the weather standpoint.

Looking good Trent.

Order up! ......one BAP with a six pack and moose antlers on the side.

I did finish installing a pressure gauge for the on-board air last night.

Tonight I got a chance to get everything hooked up to test lights, brakes and the cam on the back of the fiver.

Just a qwik catchup...been working my butt to the bone.

Roy, sounds like the Good Lord is still in control. My thoughts and prayers are for healing for all concerned. Especially Theresa.

Adam, funny drain story. I gag when I have to clean out the p traps.

Matt, love the toy story. Yea, the wifes hair is long too. Drains are an issue here as well.

Andre, good news on the atv's. Happy for ya. Come out with Gavin next week, we'll GTG in the Black Hills and have some fun.

Gerry, cool looking truck there. That would make me switch from white to black. Hope yours shows up soon.

What did I miss? Where's Paul? Hope all is ok.

Darren, nice arsenal you got there.

Gavin, looks like you're ready to pull out. We had a hail storm similar to yours tonight. I hurried home from work and tucked the dually in the shop next to the 5er.

Part of our vacation has been sidelined. We are going to Missouri instead to get some of my MIL's stuff and haul it back here, and possibly the MIL too. Then to Idaho to see family and down to Moab for 4-5 days. Had to cancel the trip to Glacier National Park. Sorry Roy.

We're heading out for the long weekend with the 5er and atv's. Test run for the 5er this season, third trip for the wheelers. Ma and I went to the southern Black Hills last weekend for a day trip. Was fun to ride a new area, just wasn't very challenging.

Lots to get ready yet. Better get busy. Have a Great Memorial Day weekend all.

Man it's not possible to keep up with you guys....

Not a big fan of drain cleaning ..... had a backed up sink from wifeys hair. Called plumber. He pulled out a butter knife and he says "any idea how that got down there??" I says "Yep, I was trying to dislodge it and it slipped down there, that when I called you.... "

Really chitty day at work today sooooo since I had a guy make me a shooting bench and it happened to be in the back of my truck .... I left at noon. Put 250 rds thu the new XCR and a couple hundred thru the SR22. The bench is awesome. Buried it 10" into the ground and it is rock solid. Very happy with it.

J/K we good LOL. OH Matt, I guess hoarding is not the right word. There are guys here that will buy up bricks when available for $35.00 and then take them to gun shows and sell them for $50.00. Makes the problem worse. They like to keep the shelves empty so they can profit. Eventually, when supply returns they will not be able to afford to buy it all up. I am all about stocking up for personal use. I currently have 8,000 rds .22lr and 2,500 rds .223 rem.....

Have a good night guys

TGIF. I hope those waiting on trucks get them soon. Nice shooting bench....

Off to get passports renewed for the kids so we can drive thru Canada... Sucks that kids passports expire every 5 years. It makes sense, doesn't mean I like it though.

Nice bench, Darren! I need to build one soon. The kids would absolutely love to shoot the rifles more if they could just convince me to get off of some ammo for them. I feel like Elaine on Seinfeld with her stockpile of "sponges"!
