Insurance: Full or Liability?

So what level of insurance do you place on your Aero?

I did have full coverage on my Aero until the major hail storm we had this spring. They totaled it out and I bought it back. I know my van and would drive it anywhere.

I wish I could get full coverage again, but the cost and time to find the obsolete parts would not be worth it. I just put the insurance money away in a rainy day account for the day when the Aero cannot go anymore.

But sense there are so many out there still, a replacement should not be so hard to find.

I have Minimum State Liability, not worth spending on collision insurance considering the price of the van or a replacement. I have a 25 year driving record of no tickets, no accidents, so the chances of me having a crash are few.

there are many still around but most are junkers, finding another one like the one I just found is a needle-in-the-haystack proposition, so if I lose this one, I'll just say "goodbye cruel world".
