E-350 power mirrors project

I have a E-350 Van with passenger type electric door mirrors.
Ford part # 17682 Type 18.

I would love to get amber LED lights mounted on the outside of these.
Found 2 types at Recon lighting accessories for Ford superduty.
Part #264140BK and part #264120BK.

Does anybody know if any of the 2 LED lights from Recon will fit my Van mirrors?
Or have any other cool ideas to get amber running lights attached to my mirrors?

This is what I have on my van:

This is the one I think might fit:

This one migth be too tall:

I like that idea too, but it's several things down on my project list. Are they a 'stick' on type or would you have to cut up your mirrors? Also, I'm curious how much they are as it might just be easier to find some true Ford ones out of a salvage yard. I can't make the pictures any bigger.

I would have to cut my mirrors to make them fit. They are replacement parts for the original Ford Super duty trucks that have them in amber lenses.
I would like to have the smoked ones, as they are more camouflaged.
I already have the smoked lenses on the roof running lights.

Bigger pictures:

Heres my van now:

As you can see it looks kind of dull without running lights on the side mirrors

The solution to my problem was quite easy

Hella LED lights, black with amber LEDs, in a box of 4.
2 on the mirrors and 2 on bottom of the front bumper.

Thank you!

Only one tiny issue, the left hand mirror is slightly more angled backwards than the right hand side. As you can see in the pictures, the left mirror light is not as straight forward pointing as the rest.
