Completly Removing AC
The factory AC components on my truck were mostly removed when I got it. I've priced replacing them and charging the system and feel that it is prohibitive and besides AC just isn't that important to me. What I would like to do is remove the remainder of the components and convert it to heater only.
Since I need a blower motor and heater core anyway it isn't gonna cost me extra. Except switching the control unit and AC pump/Altenator bracket to Altenator only.
I would like to know if the heater only blower motor will directly replace the Factory internal AC one mounted to the firewall. And any other advice/concerns I should consider. I am just the type of person who prefers a meant to be that way look and not alot of loose wires and hoses floating around.
