Ok I took some pics of my computer that I'll put below, look at the 3 shiny cans, look at the black and blue crap underneath them and how it looks like the board is black and burned, that's the problem and that's what you're looking for.

So I took mine out and inspected it It looks really good However my buddy had it replaced last year and it has not run right since this is cm is a remanded and I have a sneaky feeling its not for my truck there is no calibration code on it not even a part number so now I'm stuck guess I will have to call a dealer

Mine is for a 1993 150 4.9 with a 5spd, so your 94 computer should look identical to this, if not I would suggest ordering a new computer from autocomputerexchange.com. If you give them your Vin number and mileage they will custom program you a computer for your truck for like $160

94 4.9 manual

Im having almost identical issues with my 94 manual 4.9 f150.

ive looked into it but cant find any answers but whenever my truck idles rough after it warms up turning the heat off yes off makes it run worse. I had got the truck and using heat because its cold so when i was just messing around trying to hear the motor it got worse...and the 1st time truck died on me. I also unplugged the ac compressor because it was running with the heat...did i screw something up
