Running Boards?
Hi, first post for me. I bought my Ex a few months ago It's a 2000 Limited, but the previous owner removed the running boards from the truck. I'd like to put something (either boards or tubes) on for my passengers. I've been surfing the local classifieds for something. My question is will a set of boards off a Super Duty Crew Cab (4 door) fit on my Excursion?

Yes the super duty crew cab truck running boards will bolt right on. Make sure they came off a crew cab.
I swapped mine recently for the 2011 super duty chrome ones. I stole mine off Craigslist for only $90
. Look nice.
And like Txtinct said the AMP Research running boards are best
one out there but very pricy.

WOW! Those AMP boards are cool, just not my thing (and $$$ is right!).
I've been looking thru the local Craigslist postings and other places and wanted to make sure that crew cab ones would work. I wasn't sure if the Excursions had something special about them or not.
