when i back my truck up it looks like my front end is saging is there somthing wearing out or is that just normal for a F250 if so why?

Not sure what you mean by sag. Do you mean the wheels splay out kind of sideways when you look at them from head on? Or do you mean the frame appears to sag under the area where the cab and bed meet?
I was told by a mechanic that the wheels splaying out was normal. I went to shop that specialized in aligning the longer trucks and they aligned it and now the wheels are straight.
As far as frame sag, don't know if it is normal but it does seem most do sag a little.
