Intermittent High Idle
So I've got a 94 f250 5.8L 4x4 w/235,000 miles and lately while drive it has been idling up to around 2,000 RPM and then returning to normal back and forth several times from home to work and back. sometimes while at the high idle it will surge 2 or 3 hundred RPM, I've also noticed that if i hit a bump in the road it will either try to die or run at a high idle. I replaced the IAC, TPS, and O2 sensor and there has been no change, Any help will be greatly appreciated.

thats really strange my high idle was from my egr valve sticking it usaully stayed around1200 rpm sometimes would go higher 2000 max it almost sounds like you have a bad tps or even an intake leak. but if you hit a bump that could be electrical try with the engine running moving around some of the engine harness see if it effects your idle.
