Looking for interchange manual
Im looking for a interchange manual that covers mechancal as well as interior and exterior trim items. A manual that covers everything, is there one like that out there? If so who carries them?
I am looking for some parts and having no luck so my option is to find what other vehicles used the same parts.

If no on knows could someone tell me if part # C7AZ-6204144-A is interchangeable with part # C9AB-6204122-A
They both look the same to me but want to be sure since no one makes sunvisor brackets for the 71, 72, and 73 year models
