You can go to an NTB, Goodyear, Pepboys or Christian Brothers and get an estimate through them to find out what is wrong with it and either replace the parts yourself or have them do it. Personally, i have dealt with Christian Brothers and they are/were top notch when I did use them. Getting an estimate does not cost anything through CB or NTB the others I am not sure of.

Good to know, Lunatic. I've personally tried the NTB on 377 and N Tarrant and will not ever go back. I just went in for an inspection and rotation, but the conversation I had with one of the managers there was enlightening...the guy really doesn't know anything about tires!
I just took my truck to Jeffery's on 377 and very good luck with that place. I really like the service I got there. Prices are a little high, but to check my A/C it was only $34.
I'll have to try Christian Brothers. I think there's one on Rufe Snow nearby.
Yes, there is a CB right off of Rufe Snow. I have not used that one, but my wife has taken her Vdub there and had the oil changed. I can ask her if she liked it or not.
The NTB at 337 and N Tarrant is run by idiots. I am not a fan of NTB, but I do know they offer free estimates.
My friend used to work over at Jeffery's Automotive. If I knew you were in the NRH, Watauga, Keller area I would have recommended them.
