There is an adjustment on the box but most of the time even if that helps its only temperary.I believe if you are looking up from the bottom of truck at steering box the adjustment is on bottom of box.Is everything else tight on your front end?tie rods, ball joints ect?its usually a combo of everything making front end loose. If you need a new box,red head steering is my suggestion to get one.Lots of guys have used them.I did as well and it made my steering much better, but I also replaced everything else in the front end due to worn parts. If you over adjust the steering box you could make it stick in one direction or the other.Meaning when you come around a corner it doesnt return to center and you keep turning.Adjust it in 1/4 turns and take it for a ride.

Its on the top of the box... I dont have a picture of it, but it can help for a bit... Mine lasted about another 10-12k before I replaced the box.

I was thinking about doing this today since I have to straighten out my steering wheel. But I dont know if mine is play, or just me not being used to having oversized tires on anything.
