The system is automated, but sometimes doesn't work correctly. Admin is working on why that happens, but in the meantime post your problems there so IB can resolve it.

I re-upped a while back but did not get a t-shirt.

 

I paid for a year and "supporter" isn't showing up.

 

I paid for a 3 yr membership over a yr ago and still got nothing.

 

I paid for 3 years over a year ago and have got nothing as of today.

 

How many of you used PayPal for your subscription?

CC for me as well.

 

I don't remember, but, it's likely I used paypal if it was readily available.

 

I used my CC a month or two ago and haven't recieved the shirt. (not sure how long it should actually take) My supporter badge just recently showed up. (Thanks IB TIM)

 

I got a pm from fte membership telling me to fill out this simple form and hit send, so I fill it out and the last thing on there asks for my paypal/authorized.net number. WTH is that? Are the trying to charge me for it? I sent a pm back asking what it is. Does anybody on here know?

 

I just filled it in with (Info unknown) and submitted it.

 

They said to just put n/a
