so im still working on that 1953 f100. got the drivetrain, brakes, accessories, plumbing, etc in. looking ppretty good, and getting ready for the first test firing. still need headers, and put the power steering box in.
so my buddy supplied the parts. looks to be a mid-fifty kit by their website. box is the correct toyta power steering box he got from a salvage yard.
my probloem is that i cannot seem to get the kits supplied bolts in in a manner that allows them to be tightened. i had to ream the holes in the box slightly for the bolts to fit through without having to be driven in with a hammer, but they willnot go in through from the inside of the v, as there is not enough clearance. cant get a wrench on the nuts if i put them in the v.
so how do i get the stupid bolts in and tight on this thing?
