Getting a 2000 v10
It is 2000 F-350 v10 with 66,588 with a Tommy lift for $6,000.
Are is there anything special to this truck that I should look for or ask about?
I work on cars often. My family has a few and I work on friends cars but I dont know anything about these v10.

No, should be a normal rust/damage/leaks/abnormality used vehicle check.
If it has an automatic, make sure you pull the dipstick and examine the fluid. 4R100 transmissions are very prone to overheating.

Just pay attention to stuff above sit back and enjoy. My dad has 275,000 miles on his. Had a few issues lately but has been a great truck, still has the stock tranny to 
. Make sure you check the spark plugs and replace if needed. Don't want it spitting one out on ya.
