I just had a new back window seal put in on friday, and last night it finally rained here, so i was checking to see if it was leaking.
The passenger lower corner was letting water in, how i don't know, but it was a nice little stream coming in.
And i watched water come up from the cracks in the broken sealer in the middle of the cab, I'm not sure if it was leaking under the cab floor then coming up through the cracks?
But that was what it was doing, so now i wanna tackle that before it starts to rust.
Mine does the same exact thing in the lower left corner when it rains hard, but my window seal is years old and dry rotted. I park mine in the garage when it's about to rain now though. Are you sure your new seal is sealed correctly? IMO If you just seal the leak from coming in, you will still have water getting under the window seal and that would rust under it.
This might sound kinda cheap but it has worked pretty damn well so far... I used POR15 on the floor of my cab after stripping the paint; that is the type of application it is meant for. The seems around the floor I simply masked and used black RTV... I believe it was 3m or permatex which I think is made by 3m. This stuff cost like $3 a tube and I used 2. It has been almost a year now and it is still holding up very well after being completely exposed to the elements; I haven't insulated or put a new mat in yet... Yes it gets hot w/o shoes; I learned this while four-wheeling by the river bare-foot.
I am not sure if this would be an appropriate application for this product but I am happy thus far. The black stuff dries a bit stiffer than the blue or grey stuff which I why I chose it. The blue stuff would definitely rub off in time.
Get an air compressor to blow air. Spray around the exterior of the window with glass cleaner. Then from the inside use an air nozzle to blow air around the interior edge of the windshield. If their is a leak, air bubbles will blow on the outside.

Great idea.
Just as soon as I can I will try this method and report back, thanks again.
