power seat

On my 93 new to me truck the power seat makes a little noise and doesn't move . Can any one tell me the way to go. Luckily It fits me,but my wife can't use it.

To my knowledge the 93 F series trucks, (you didn't mention what truck you had) didn't have power seats available even as an option. You might be referring to the power lumbar control. If you press the button long enough you will fell the seat pressing into your lumbar region of you back.
