Introducing myself.
Hello fellow FTEers. My name is Alex and I live just north of Gainesville. I've had a '68 F250 Camper Special for 40+ years and still drive it. It had a 9' slide-on camper for many years that never came off. After I wore that our I put a 12'er on it and used it until I came to GA in '99. I'm originally from southern CA and used the camper at least twice a month for many years for fishing and dirt riding in the desert. I broke the 390 I built and installed a 460 out of a '75 Lincoln in 1980 along with the C6. A few years ago I sold the camper and am using the truck for hauling mulch for my wife, towing my bass boat and using it for shuttling kayaks for river fishing. It doesn't look good but it's paid for. See you at the GA FTE get together. I'll be the short, old white haired guy with the used to be red old truck.
