I have a question for shazam. What type of mileage do you get in your 400? Do you get miles to the gallon, or gallons to the mile? And how did you get 800 Horses from a smog motor? I would be very interested to know how to make the chebby guys in town go home crying to their mamma's.
What would the Chevy guys have to compare to an 800 hp Ford ? Could you honestly build a (puke) 350, or even a 454 to do that if naturally aspirated, for as cheap as a 400? I doubt it.
Leave it to the Ford guys to teach them Chebby drivers a lesson!
He spent like $15,000 on the motor alone. He uses it for truck pulls so its like gallons to the mile. he has to use race gas to fuel that hog. Chebby has a ZZ572 motor that puts out 750 horsepower with warranty for $10,500. I wouldn't ever let a chebby touch my truck, I don't even race them.
