Clogged cat?
96 F250 7.5l E4OD. NO CODES. Passed KOEO andKOER with 111 code, unbelievable. Has little power. Give it gas and it bogs down. Drive down highway and runs hot. Airbox noisy but intake hoses are clear (no rags or debris). In park or nuetral wont rev over 3500 rpm and not smoothly in that range. The clue is that the rusty muffler was removed a few months ago and we are just running cat and 3 foot tailpipe. Was loud(ish) when muffler was first removed, but now the exhaust is real quiet. Am I right with my clogged cat diagnosis?

Yeah it should not be that quiet considering how much motor is in front of it, low fuel pressure is the other thing that produces sysmptoms like that so if fuel pressure is normal that would pretty much confirm the diagnosis.
