Found a virus on Terra's computer..
After finding out my go-to AV self boot software doesn't work on here commuter I did a factory reload than proceeded to take 3+ hours and I am now still running updates and getting it ready so her software can be put back on and she can start using it again.

and by the way...
I installed Windows 8 Bata onto my netbook that windows said would not run Windows 8..
Well the whole touch screen part does not work or the tablet portion.
And the 1.2Ghz proc (non-duel core) and 1GB ram is a bit of a hindrance.

They are normally easy at work but this one at home is a PITA. I even joined the AVG Forums to find out why the AVG Boot disk will not load the windows hive. or see the NIC. Let me tell you they are about useless right now and just expect me to know code. Told me to do a CTRL+F2.. Well the correct key stroke was ALT+F2... And they are based out of Mass.... Hmmmm......

Slight update form Win 7 with no Start button and an even harder way to find the shutdown button.
It is built for a tablet and to be put into sleep mode with the power button.
Other than that it seems to work fine. My Netbook does not have the resolution for the Apps and other touch based features.
I don't think businesses will be using it for there desktops anytime soon. Unless there is a Desktop only version down the road.

Good evening NH
Hope August is going well so far.
Finally hooked up an external keyboard and mouse to my netbook.
No more cramped fingers and pushing 4 keys at a time..
