68 F250 Camper Special Need Decoding Help

68 F250 Camper Special Need Decoding Help
I've been gona for quite a while now but I'm back now.
I gave my Expy to my Godson a few years ago with only 17K miles on it and bought myself a Mercury Marauder.
I'm retired now and stumbled across a really nice low miles rust free 68 F250 Camper Special with 390 emblems on it.It's sat since 2005 so the idle circuit and low speed jets are clogged up and it'll need a carb rebuild. It's 2bbl carb.
It has twin tanks and a decent camper on it and the rear cab window has been removed and the shell sealed to the cab for a nice weatherproof pass through.
I need help decoding the info I've found on it.

I could use some help on this asap as it's for sale and I like the old son of a gun(though I think the 390 is gonna drain my wallet),and I'd enjoy tinkering with it and spiffing it up some for a nice nearly daily driver.
