Vibration problem after mods........
94 F150 shortbed/ext/cab..
351/auto/4x2
Installed 6"lift, 4 new 10.5x15 rims and 4 new bfg tires (32/11.5/15)
Had it aligned...
Vibration was there before and after alignment.. Its mostly only at take off. I can feel it through my body and I think the steering wheel as well...
Checked underneath and nothing really sticks out as a problem.. Drive shaft has carrier bearing inbetween the front and back shaft. It can be moved upwards about an inch but that appears to be normal..
Front tie rod's seem ok.. They can pivot (twist) 1/2" front and back though, but again, thats normal I believe...
Any help would be much appreciated...

Vibration problem after mods........
A buddy of mine had the same vibration on
take off. It ended up being the carrier
bearing. He only found out after the rear
driveshaft droped out. He was only doing
about 25 mph when it happened so it didn't
really do any other damage.Since the shafts
where out of the truck we replaced all the
u-joints also.Drives like a brand new truck
