I've been looking for a nice CHEAPER offroad bumper. That thing looks awesome.

Great work on the DIY bedliner paint

Yes, I love the Rigid Lights also.
Fusion tells me they sell 80% of the front bumpers with Rigids in place of the 6" KC's. The problem for me is the budget at this time.
Fusion has/had a deal where you get free KC lights if you order the bumper with the 6" holes($100 savings). I won't use them that much and will just wire the KC's into the high beams for now until I put in an upfitter or F650 dash kit.
To get the Rigids is about a $380 up charge I think.
I got my bumper through Swamps Diesel and Dave (an owner there) ordered a rear one with Rigids as back ups for his Ex.

Took some pics today.
Sun never came out this weekend much so the colors aren't the greatest.
Low beams and fogs

High beams and KC's.
These lights were part of the special deal from Fusion. from KC they do not have a relay and the KC install directions show wiring them directly through the switch. Since we all know that is no good I bought a light relay at Pep Boys for $7 and took the signal wire directly to a high beam wire. Eventually I'll change it when I put in upfitters or a F650 panel.

Rear bumper pics

That's just a leaf on the sensor it's not stuck to the bumper!

I know this is an older post but I am thinking about a fusion bumper and still undecided on the to paint or some other coating. How is your bed liner holding up?

I was wondering how hard it was to remove the rear sensors from the bumper. I'm waiting for a set of Road Rhino frint and rear bumpers and the bidy shop told me that they tend to brake when you tery to remove them. Thanks they look great!

Any update on how the liner is holding up? Just got a quote for 1k to line-x my front and rear fusion bumpers...

Thinking I might copy you at that price.

Thanks
